
Dr. Amrita is a psychiatrist with over two decades of experience in addiction psychiatry and mental health services. She holds a medical degree from Universitas Tarumanagara, a psychiatry specialty from Universitas Indonesia, and postgraduate degrees in public administration. Throughout her career, she has held multiple strategic positions at the National Narcotics Board, and she has led key national initiatives in rehabilitation and quality standards for addiction services.
dr. Amrita is actively involved in training, standardization, and global forums, including ISSUP and the Colombo Plan. She is also a speaker, published author, and recipient of several awards for excellence in public service, standardization, and innovation. She currently serves as the Director of Strengthening Government Institution Rehabilitation Centres, Deputy for Rehabilitation at the National Narcotics Board of Indonesia (BNN).
