Dr. Mirza Hapsari Massarapa, Sp.KJ is a psychiatrist at Pengayoman Cipinang Hospital under the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, where she has served since 2009.
With prior experience as a general practitioner and a remote area doctor, she brings a broad perspective to mental health services, especially in correctional settings. She earned his medical degree from Hasanuddin University and completed his psychiatry residency at the University of Indonesia.
Dr Mirza has been actively involved as a speaker and trainer in national workshops on mental health and rehabilitation for inmates and detainees. She is a member of the Indonesian Medical Association and the Indonesian Psychiatric Association.
