ISSUP Mexico Launch

ISSUP Mexico

ISSUP Mexico will be launched on October 30th, 2019 during the closing ceremony of the 50th anniversary celebration of Centros de Integración Juvenil (CIJ). Click here to learn more about the conference and view the list of keynote speakers and programme.

ISSUP Mexico aims to actively promote the creation of both national and international networks, facilitate the exchange of evidence-based, high-quality and ethical research and practices, as well as strengthen the professionalisation of healthcare professionals working in the area of ​​drug demand reduction.

ISSUP Staff Team Meeting

ISSUP staff meeting

This week the ISSUP team has come together for its annual staff meeting. The meeting has offered a chance to reflect on the organisation’s achievements over the past year, as well as to plan for the year ahead to further ISSUP’s contribution to the professionalisation of the substance use prevention, treatment and recovery workforce.

The work with the National Chapters is progressing in an incredibly positive direction. We have 14 established National Chapters, 8 in the process of becoming formally established, and an extensive waiting list of countries that have shown an interest in joining...
