Stimulants are a class of drugs that act on the central nervous system, increasing alertness, energy, and attention while elevating mood. They achieve these effects by enhancing the activity of neurotransmitters such as dopamine and norepinephrine in the brain.

Many stimulant-related hazards are linked to intensive, high-dose, or long-term usage. Εναρκτήρια εκδήλωση του Εθνικού Παραρτήματος ISSUP στον Παναμά

Στις 5 Δεκεμβρίου 2023, πραγματοποιήθηκε η επίσημη έναρξη του Εθνικού Παραρτήματος ISSUP του Παναμά στην έδρα της Εθνικής Επιτροπής για τη Μελέτη και την Πρόληψη των Ναρκωτικών (CONAPRED) στον Παναμά.

Στην εκδήλωση παρευρέθηκαν η κα Jissel Maití, Εκτελεστική Γραμματέας της CONAPRED, ο κ. Ruben Farje, εκπρόσωπος του OAS στον Παναμά, ο Andrea Escobar από τη Μονάδα Μείωσης της Ζήτησης Ναρκωτικών CICAD/OAS, εκπρόσωποι του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου του παραρτήματος του Παναμά με επικεφαλής την Calixta de Balmaceda εκπροσωπώντας την Cruz Blanca Panameña και η Bárbara Correa, Περιφερειακή Συντονίστρια...
