Le Dr Hussein Mwanje, médecin responsable du centre de santé III de Nabweru, a exhorté les Ougandais à s’abstenir de consommer des drogues comme la marijuana, car elles mettent leur santé en danger, et il a connu une augmentation de la consommation de drogues pendant le Covid-19.
