KESIMPULAN: Dari tahun 2000, Coolmine memulai perjalanan manajemen perubahan yang membuat organisasi berada di garis depan perawatan narkoba dan alkohol di Irlandia dan internasional sambil mempertahankan kesetiaan kepada Komunitas Terapeutik.
