مفهوم قرارداد باشگاه هوشمند: روش پیشگیری اولیه مبتنی بر شواهد برای کودکان در شرق آفریقا

مفهوم قرارداد وسیله یا ابزاری برای کودکان و نوجوانان برای رهبری زندگی بهتر با حقوق بشر، حضور بهتر در مدرسه و نتایج و رشد بدون بار الکل / مواد مخدر و مواد دیگر است.

روش قرارداد هوشمند به صورت محلی مبتنی بر است و شامل اجزایی مانند

  • قراردادهای فردی با کودکان شرکت کننده / نوجوانان
  • تایید کتبی سرپرست
  • عضویت موقت
  • داوطلبانه عضو (یا رای نهان) و حق خروج
  • حق بازگشت (حتی پس از هر گونه محرومیت)
  • نتیجه نقض قرارداد

Many young people who want to be good at music think that doing drugs will get them there easily however this is not the case, talent is God given and if you have it you do not need alcohol/drugs, you just need to work hard and harder and push your music and the people will appreciate you for who you really are.

کلیسای اوگاندا برنامه ای را ایجاد کرده است که به جوانان کمک خواهد کرد تا از خود در برابر اعتیاد به الکل و سوء مصرف مواد مخدر محافظت کنند. این برنامه مدارس رایگان مواد مخدر توسط اسقف قوس خروجی ، کشیش ترین استنلی Ntagali ، در مدرسه ارشد Mengo  در روز شنبه 15th فوریه 2020 راه اندازی شد. ناتگالی در صحبت با دانش آموزان، معلمان و شرکایی که بر این عملکرد برانکارد، گفت که سوء مصرف مواد مخدر در میان جوانان در مدارس رو به افزایش است، به همین دلیل کلیسا تصمیم گرفته بود که علیه معاون عمل کند.

مجمع منطقه ای فدراسیون جهانی مبارزه با مواد مخدر در تاریخ 6 فوریه 2020 برگزار می شود

AFRICAN NATIONAL CHAPTERS DIGITAL MEETING

The Zoom meeting was hosted by Jeff Lee who invited the African National Chapters to be part of the meeting. The meeting was held on Tue Jan 14, 2020 2pm – 3pm (EAT). Uganda National Chapter was represented by Uganda Youth Development Link (UYDEL) i.e. Mr. Rogers Mutaawe, Mr. Andrew Lubega and Ms. Barbara Nakijoba.

Preparatory Meeting for the ISSUP Uganda Chapter Interim Committee

A preparatory meeting was held on 29th November 2019 at UYDEL office and they discussed about recruitment of members, updating of Uganda ISSUP website, the work plan for 2020, Launch of the ISSUP Chapter in April 2020 and future plans. The meeting also agreed to hold an initial meeting with identified members on 12th of December 2019 to get more input from members on the best way to run the ISSUP Chapter.

Psychoactive substance use and substance use disorders (SUDs) continue to be major problems around the world, taking a toll on global health and on social and economic functioning. The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) reports that, in 2015, about 250 million people between ages 15 and 64 used illicit substances at least once. Of those who use psychoactive substances, a significant number will develop substance use problems or SUDs.
