Um desses imensos desafios está relacionado ao consumo de drogas, que vem aumentando e acometendo, principalmente, crianças e adolescentes que, além de se tornarem dependentes químicos, muitas vezes entram para a vida do crime e para as estatísticas de violência, devido ao uso e abuso de drogas lícitas e ilícitas.
