Zoom toplantısına, Afrika Ulusal Bölümlerini toplantının bir parçası olmaya davet eden Jeff Lee ev sahipliği yaptı. Toplantı 14 Ocak 2020 Salı günü 14:00 – 15:00 (EAT) tarihlerinde gerçekleştirildi. Uganda Ulusal Bölümü, Uganda Gençlik Geliştirme Bağlantısı (UYDEL), yani Bay Rogers Mutaawe, Bay Andrew Lubega ve Bayan Barbara Nakijoba tarafından temsil edildi.

29 Kasım 2019 tarihinde UYDEL ofisinde bir hazırlık toplantısı yapıldı ve üye alımı, Uganda ISSUP web sitesinin güncellenmesi, 2020 çalışma planı, Nisan 2020'de ISSUP Bölümünün Lansmanı ve gelecek planları hakkında görüşmelerde bulunuldu. Toplantıda ayrıca, ISSUP Bölümünü yürütmenin en iyi yolu hakkında üyelerden daha fazla girdi almak için 12 Aralık 2019'da belirlenen üyelerle bir ilk toplantı yapılması kararlaştırıldı.
