Desde mi experiencia en el primer nivel de atención considero de suma importancia la capacidad del personal que recibe a la mujer embarazada para la detección del consumo de drogas. El vínculo que se logre establecer va a marcar la posibilidad de trabajar desde una reducción de riesgos y daños hasta llegar a la abstinencia, ya que sabemos que todo consumo de drogas es de riesgo para la embarazada y su bebé.
